6. Shipping and Delivery
Sterling Cigars Online ships to select locations within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays. All shipments require the signature of an adult age 21 or older. If delivery fails due to the absence of a qualifying adult, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

- Products marked as exclusive, limited, or rare are non-refundable, except if delivery is delayed beyond the stated time frame; in such cases, a refund to your original payment method may be requested.
- Refunds for in-stock items are available only before a shipping label is created. After shipment, the item must be received before a return can be processed.
- To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Shipping Label. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition for a refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
